About the Position

Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for –

  • Understanding and interpreting construction plans
  • Meeting clients and conducting site inspection to determine client needs
  • Obtain and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors in a timely manner
  • Gathering and collating tender package information received to respond with a submission within the required time frame
  • Writing methodologies, schedules and other tender documents
  • Ensuring costs have been covered in the scope prior to submitting

Skills and Experience

  • Ideally tertiary qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
  • Experience tendering Civil infrastructure projects in Australia
  • A proven track record and solid win percentage
